Elisabeth Rohm was an American and German actress from Germany and America. Her fame was built on her role in American Hustle that earned her an Oscar nomination. Rohm started her career as an equestrian athlete. However, fate was not so kind to her. The result was that she made an impressive name for herself as an actress within a year of her debut in the TV series Fantasy Island. Her most well-known role was her role as Serena the agent in Law & Order, an television show about adventure. The actress went on to take similar roles in a variety of films and TV series. Her roles continued to increase in the spotlight as she aged. Her movies include Miss Congeniality 2 : Armed & Fabulous and the Whole Truth American Hustle, and Joy. Additionally, she has a range of principal and recurring parts in TV programs such as The Last Ship Stalker or The Client List. Elisabeth Rohm has successfully balanced her film and TV careers and is active in both industries. Recent appearances have included Blood on Her Name, and there are several more films scheduled for the coming years.

Ted Melfi's film THE STARLING will feature Melissa McCarthy. Elisabeth is currently in production for the Lifetime film FAMILY PICTURES starring Justina Machado. She was previously a co-star as David O. Russell's JOY opposite Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro. The film was her second collaboration following the success of AMERICAN HUSTLE in which she had a pivotal role with Bradley Cooper Christian Bale Amy Adams. Elisabeth was also an important participant in IFC Films' and Relativity Media's film TRIBES IN PALOS VEDRES, which starred Jennifer Garner. Other notable film credits include TRAFFICKED with Ashley Judd, and GOING UNDER alongside Bruce Willis. Elisabeth's television career is equally impressive. She starred as Kate Lockley in The WB series ANGEL for five seasons and as Serena Southernlyn over the same time period in the show LAW & the ORDDER. Elisabeth is also featured in STALKER along with Dylan McDermott, Maggie Q as well as Michael Bay. She also played Eric Dance opposite Michael Bay on TNT's THE LAST SHIP. In addition, Elisabeth had notable arcs with Will Arnett on Netflix's FLAKED series and The CW's JANE The VIRGIN.
